Before you send your e-mail for assistance, we would like to let you know what to have prepared. This way your assistance can go as quickly and as smoothly as possible. With all e-mails, please be sure to reference your order number and the name on the order.
Dissatisfied with a Flavor
Last order not tasting the way you think it should? We always offer the option to return your order for a replacement. As long as the bottle is still 3/4ths full.
Once the package is in the mail, send us an email with your tracking number and order sheet so we can keep up with your return and prepare your replacement order.
If your order was leaking on arrival, be sure to carefully check the contents of the box to ensure there is no broken glass. After that, please take a photo of the leaking contents and your order sheet and e-mail the photos to Support or provide them to one of our live chat agents. Once your replacement order has been confirmed, safely destroy the bottles that leaked.
Order is Missing Items
If your order arrives and appears to be missing any items, please take a photo of the order sheet you received with your package and send support an e-mail naming the missing item(s).
My Tracking says delivered but I haven’t received my package.We are sorry to hear that your package seems to be missing. Unfortunately, we’re able to see as much information as you in this situation. What you would need to do is contact the shipping provider to inquire about the location of the package. If it turns out that the package is lost, you will need to place a missing package claim. Once you get a claim number, e-mail us with the original order number and the claim number so we can get a replacement started for you.
