This past week you may have seen that we launched a new website. The website was designed to offer you a better user experience including easier navigation, a better rewards program, and more shipping options. I’m sure you have a lot of questions about the changes, and we’d like to answer as many as possible. If you have any questions that are not addressed here, please feel free to reach out to us.

New Everyday Low Prices

We’ve decided to lower our everyday prices! 10 mL bottles are now only $2.99, 30 mL bottles are only $7.99, and 120 mL bottles are only $23.99. These new prices give you approximately a 25% discount off all your Vapejoose EVERYDAY so you won't have to wait for sales to make a purchase! You’ll still see occasional great deals and flash sales on our Facebook and Instagram pages, so be sure to follow us!

In addition, we've added a promotional code for all our existing customers to save an addition 10% off your entire purchase. Through the month of July, use the promo code RedditSentMeJuly to save an additional 10%.

What happened to my account?

Due to password encryption issues we could not transfer all accounts to the new site. You should have received a link in your email to activate your new account. If you did not receive this email you may request a new link to be sent by emailing, or you may sign up for a new account.

Where is my old order information?

We were not able to transfer old orders into the new system. We understand this is frustrating, but rest assured we will be remaining on this platform and you will not have this issue again. Our support staff is more than happy to look up old orders for you, just contact with any questions!

What happened to my VapeCash?

Unfortunately we can not transfer VapeCash to the new site until your accounts are activated. If you believe you had a balance with us, please fill out the form at and we would be more than happy to credit your new account.
